However, to make requests for information or to request specific products or services, it may be necessary for the user, interested party or client to provide data in the forms on the website for the purposes described above. 1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data, through the different channels and forms owned by ENEX.ES . made available to users, is, depending on the specific case, to manage and respond to requests for information on the products and services offered by ENEX.ES, to respond to requests for collaboration and information sent by commercial agents, to manage job applications and to analyse the professional profile for the purposes of possible inclusion in staff selection processes; and, if you are a client, to be able to manage your contract using the tools made available to you.
2. LEGITIMATION FOR PROCESSING
ENEX.ES is authorized to process personal data:
(i) If you are a customer or commercial agent: the processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the contract, as provided for in article 6.1.b).
(ii) If you have contacted ENEX to request information about our products and services, when you use the customer panel to manage your contract, when you use the commercial agent panel, when you use the “Send your CV” panel and when you browse our website (cookies): by the consent granted by the interested party for one or more specific purposes, as set out in article 6.1. a) of the GDPR:
(iii) In the event that (1) it is necessary to check the credit situation of potential customers, (2) in the case of video surveillance of buildings and (3) in the event that we contact you as a customer or agent to improve our offer of products and services or to follow up on a product or service in which you have shown interest: the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, according to article 6.1.f) of the GDPR, consisting -respectively- in (1) knowing the economic risk of the operations we undertake, (2) to protect the security of property and people, and (3) to adapt our commercial communications to your real interests.
3. STORAGE PERIOD
The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and once it has ended, for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations arising from it. Below we detail the most common situations:
Data of clients and commercial agents: in general, for 5 years from the end of the contract.
Data of job applicants: one year from receipt of the CV.
4. ACCURACY OF DATA
The data in our files will be kept up to date. Therefore, for these purposes, the User must make the changes directly, when authorized to do so, or by communicating, by reliable means, to the corresponding area or department of ENEX.
5. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
No transfers of contact data or job applicants to third parties are planned.
With regard to customer and commercial agent data, transferees may be transferred to energy and gas distribution companies, Public Administrations with jurisdiction in the matter, and financial entities.
6. USER RIGHTS

• Right to request access to personal data relating to the interested party: the purpose of exercising this right is to consult the personal data included in the ENEX database
• Right to request rectification or deletion: the purpose of exercising this right is to request the modification of some data, or to request its deletion or blocking.

• Right to object to processing: the purpose of exercising this right is to express your disapproval of certain processing, as provided for in article 21 GDPR.
• Right to data portability: the purpose of exercising this right is to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
The interested party has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

ENEX will adopt the legally required technical and organisational measures in its information system to ensure the security and confidentiality of the stored data, thus avoiding its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access; taking into account the state of the art, the costs of application, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of variable probability and severity associated with each of the treatments.
